Industry Showcase - AI That Works the Way Healthcare Does (June 09, 2026)

Healthcare runs on urgency. A nurse on the floor can't wait three days for IT support. A service desk team shouldn't spend their day manually triaging tickets. And clinical care teams deserve technology that works as fast as they do.

These aren't new problems. But there are practical ways to solve them — and that's exactly what this session is about. Join this session to see AI built for the realities of Canadian healthcare.
We'll walk through three scenarios: a clinician who needs help but can't get to a computer — and how voice-based requests get captured, routed, and resolved without manual triage. A staff member who needs a quick answer without calling the service desk — and how AI handles it through tools they already use. And an IT team spending time on work that shouldn't need a human — and how automated workflows free them to focus on what actually requires their expertise.

Whether you're supporting patient care, managing service requests, or evaluating responsible AI adoption, this session demonstrates AI that works within your existing environment to reduce manual handoffs and keep care teams focused on patients.

Presented By:

Christy Fong, Solution Consultant, ServiceNow

Christy Fong is an Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, where she partners with healthcare organizations across Western Canada to design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care delivery. With a career spanning enterprise SaaS sales, product management, and software development, she brings a rare end-to-end perspective to every client engagement — from understanding technical requirements to demonstrating practical, outcome-driven solutions.

Akshatha Sridhar, Advisory Solution Consultant, ServiceNow

Akshatha Sridhar is an Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, where she focuses on Canadian Healthcare accounts, helping health system leaders move from AI ambition to measurable outcomes.
