Webinar Wednesday - Enabling Digital Patient Engagement Across the Mental Health Journey

A digital front door platform developed by a large mental health hospital is a single point-of-entry for patients and families to engage in their mental health journey. This presentation will highlight key platform functions, report preliminary results, and share reflections on the collaborative relationship between the hospital and platform vendor.

Presented by:

Navi Boparai is currently Senior Project Manager at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She oversaw the development and execution of the organization's digital health strategy including clinical implementation of digital products. She is now leading the execution of CAMH’s next strategic plan. She also provides independent consulting services in the areas of research, strategy and policy development to global clients. 

Kristy Munroe is the VP of Clinical Implementations at Verto where she leads large scale initiatives with industry, hospital, and home community care organizations. She has experience with diverse implementation approaches and has a focus in change management, quality improvement, clinical adoption and digital innovation. Kristy has guided clients through large scale solution implementation and scaling, digital transformation and supported strategic system level change. Kristy is a faculty member in the University of Toronto Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and holds a Master of Health Informatics degree from the University of Toronto.

Brian Lo is a Senior IM/IT Business Analyst and PhD Candidate in Information Management Group at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Brian leads a number of collaborative initiatives aimed at supporting clinicians with effective use and uptake of digital health tools in clinical care practice.
