Join us online November 1 for Driving the Future of Digital Health: The Evolution of Person-Centered Health and Wellness
Canada’s healthcare system is at a crossroads: after years of chronic underfunding, and the devastating impact of the COVID19 pandemic, Canada’s healthcare system is on its knees in providing the kind of quality, personalized care that is promised by the Canada Health Act.
But there is hope for a bright healthcare future in Canada, one where person-centered health and wellness is accessible to all by leveraging technology. So, what does the future of person-centered health and wellness look like? How should we, as a nation, evolve to deliver person-centered, preventive health services that every Canadian longs for? And, how can today’s myriad of digital health tools and apps evolve to create a ‘virtual first’, cost effective approach that tackles our healthcare service challenges and embraces the opportunities for delivering person-centered healthcare?
This future-focused conference will address these important topics with special presentations and panel discussions led by healthcare leaders, digital health innovators, patient advocates and policymakers. The event will provide a hopeful lens on how the intelligent design of digital health solutions can deliver equitable access to care across our diverse nation, and truly enable people to better manage their health.
