2023 Winter Workshop: The future of public health in our digital world

Public sector representatives from across the country are invited to gather online for the second annual Winter Workshop, where attendees will take a deep dive into topics on the theme of the future of public health in our digital world, including:

• Data privacy: public health, data, and surveillance—presentation and discussion with Alies Maybee, Patient Advisory Network.
• Digital literacy—presentation and discussion with Morenike Akinyemi, Canada Health Infoway and Camas Winsor, Accenture

• Public health policy shifts and opportunities enabled by digital and data—presentation and discussion with Christine Sham, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care

The Winter Workshop offers an afternoon of virtual interaction for public sector digital health professionals, with active goal-oriented breakout working sessions preceded by presentations from subject matter experts.
