An effective content management (ECM) strategy can do more than just improve digital process efficiency – it can also reduce user burnout and improve morale. Discover how key functions of your enterprise content management system and strategy can support improved workflows for seamless accessibility.

By the conclusion of this program, you’ll gain ideas on how to:

  • Leverage key ECM system features to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Increase digital user skills to boost team morale with automated workflows.
  • Deliver improved data accessibility with system integrations.

User burnout is an increasing concern in healthcare. New processes introduced during the pandemic continue and users are often expected to do more with less. A great way to combat this challenge is with technology. In this session we will look at tools to automate processes which can help reduce manual tasks, increase digital skills, and ultimately reduce user burnout. Enterprise content management systems offer key features to reduce repetitive tasks and improve data accessibility. This presentation will provide a roadmap to ignite digital process efficiency and snuff user burnout with ECM.
