Jennifer MacGregor, Fraser Health Authority, Vice President, Digital Patient and Provider Experience - Jennifer leads digital transformation at Fraser Health. She is responsible for digital health, information technology, virtual health, advanced analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, digital service design and innovation. Fraser Health is a large healthcare provider with 48,000 employees, 13 acute care campuses, 81 community sites and thousands of home health clients. Jennifer’s passion for technology in health care is centred on leveraging digital tools and technology to revolutionize care delivery and improve the provider and patient experience. She is an Advisor with the World Economic Forum (WEF) Strategic Advisory for AI in Health, a member of the WEF Digital Transformation in Healthcare Community and a published Tedx speaker.
Sheazin Premji, Fraser Health Authority, Executive Director - The Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Innovation Sheazin Premji is the Executive Director for The Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Innovation for the Fraser Health Authority. She has over 20 years of experience in leading strategic healthcare system transformations. She takes a patient and provider centric view to lead teams which redesign and optimize services with a focus to achieve positive outcomes and impacts. Sheazin leads an interdisciplinary team of consultant to data scientists and engineers driven to create artificial intelligence solutions that work in partnership with clinicians and patients to navigate complex systems and reduce administrative burden. She leverages best practices, innovation, consulting and change expertise with analytical solutioning in enabling digital transformation within Fraser Health.
Sheazin has an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, an MBA in Health Services Management from McMaster University, a BSc in Biology from Dalhousie, and a BSc in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. She is currently completing her Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation and Technology at MIT.
