Facing growing workforce pressures, our organization took action by piloting patient self-check-in kiosks to enhance data accuracy, reduce staff burnout, and empower patients. Over six months, adoption, staff experience, and workflow dependencies were analyzed. Findings revealed critical insights into digital readiness and change management. Key lessons highlighted the need for clear expectations, staff engagement, and seamless integration with booking processes which are foundational for sustainable, patient-centred digital transformation.
