Victoria McMillan is a healthcare technology leader with over 11 years of experience at le Groupe Cercle Group, where she currently serves as Director of Implementation. She leads healthcare IT implementations and integrations across Quebec and Ontario, oversees customer support and client experience initiatives, and drives strategic growth and team development. With a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare operations, she has successfully delivered projects for leading organizations across Canadian Healthcare.
Laura Hall
Laura Hall brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience to Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (ECS) and Quest Diagnostics. Laura spent the first 10 years of her career as an oncology nurse at Baptist Hospital. She also served at HCA, Onlife Health and Blue Cross. Laura offers expertise in EHR and onsite clinic implementation, training, wellness, disease management and nursing. In her current role as a product specialist, Laura supports the Quanum IT division of Quest Diagnostics.
